The main of the objective of this study is to compare and contrast to trade dependency, interdependency and comparative advantages of trade between Kosovo and all Balkan States. The reason for choosing all Balkan State is to analyze the aggregate trade between newly established Republic of Kosovo and investigate its composition of foreign trade with Balkan States, although sum of the Kosovo foreign trades include non-Balkan State such as: Swiss, Germany, Italy, but neighboring Balkan States are and with some estimate play important role in the trade interdependency of Kosovo and selected country under study. The Study utilize aggregate trade ratio of Trade Dependency, Trade Interdependency and Comparative advantages ratios between Kosovo and neighboring Balkan State for the period of 2003 – 2013.The data has been collected from aggregate trade reports by international organizations and has been tabulated and graphed with clear clustering of trend for the following countries: Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia and Greece. The study conclude that trade dependency of Kosovo increasing with accelerating rate to Balkan states and at the same time, trade interdependency between Kosovo and Balkan state decreasing as the trade of Kosovo declining over time.
